How To Apply An At-Home Hair Treatment

Hair tells a lot about a person. The way a person cuts it, styles it and most importantly how they take care of it. The sun, chlorine, salt, bleach and hair colour can damage your hair.
Protect your hair by wearing a hat, washing it after being exposed to chlorine or salt. Diet is also a huge part in how healthy your hair is. Eat lots of fruits and veggies to make sure you are getting enough protein. Drink lots of water, exercise and get plenty of rest. Your hair will love you for it!

The best & most convenient time to apply a hair treatment is just before you get into a warm bath.

Here are three great hair treatments that you can easily whip up in your kitchen and apply.
